Big hype, little substance

While the hotel exudes luxury and style, the experience didn't fully live up to expectations. Despite some dedicated staff members, I faced challenges with concierge service and unexpected fees. The location is perfect for shopping, but the inconsistencies in service quality left me wanting more. A mix of highs and lows, but not the seamless luxury promised.

My recent stay at Bulgari Hotel was exceptional, marked by the modern decor that blended luxury and comfort seamlessly. The attentive staff ensured my every need was met, providing outstanding service that truly elevated my experience. I was particularly impressed with the exquisite breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries and organic options, as well as the serene spa facilities which were the perfect retreat after a busy day of meetings.

The terrace noise from the school nearby could be distracting at times.

I recently spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite, and the experience was remarkable! The elegant decor gave off a welcoming vibe, and I loved the cozy, quiet ambiance. However, I did find that the breakfast was a bit crowded at peak times, which was a bit annoying. Overall, I can't wait to return!

Incredible service, breathtaking decor.

I had an amazing stay at Bulgari Hotel. The Executive Room was just luxurious. Great attention to detail in the decor made it feel special. The staff impressed me right from check-in. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive. I appreciated their flexibility when I needed a late check-out. they handled my requests without extra fees. The breakfast was top-notch, with a wide range of gourmet options. The spa services were exceptional. I indulged in a massage that left me relaxed and rejuvenated. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room wasn't as effective as I hoped, and there was some noise from the outside that occasionally disrupted my peace. Overall, these were small issues compared to the overall experience.

The hotel has exceptional staff and stunning decor, but the dining experience fell short of expectations, and I encountered a troubling issue regarding pool access charges. Overall, it’s a lovely place, though improvement in the dining would elevate it further.
